Our First Team continued in the right way in their pre-season.....

HUFC 10 MILL PARK 3

Our First Team faced Mill Park today at the farm on a warm sunny Sunday morning.

Again the lads showed their energy and skill on the pitch making it very difficult for Mill Park to get hold of the ball.

It didn't take long for HUFC to hit the back of the net by their striker Hilton after just 3 minutes. Hilton then followed up with another 4 goals to make it 5-2 at half time.

Second half HUFC continued to apply the pressure on Mill Park then Fotheringham scored another 2 goals to make it 7-3 to HUFC .Substitution Skerrett came on the right wing and with some nice balls through from the midfield Skerrett hit the back of the Mill Park net twice to take HUFC to 9-3.

Then finally the skipper Purnell opened up his goal scoring account to make the FT result HUFC 10 Mill Park 3.

The lads now look forward to start of the football season when HUFC will entertain Bat & Wickets at the home of the tractor boys.
