Kick off at 2pm and in the first minute Halse make a defensive mistake with the ball falling back to Moulton number 9 Nat Ansu who is calm and composed on the edge of the 18 yard and strikes it into the bottom right of the Halse goal.
Halse get a sniff 5 minutes later of a counter when Read breaks through the middle of the Moulton team. Read gets to the edge of the box before being surrounded by the Moulton defennce.
Moulton are getting to much space down the left which allows the Moulton number 3 finding space at the edge of the 18 yard box. He cuts into his right foot and trys to curl it to the back post which is narrowly wide.
Halse are settling into the game now and on 22 when Halse go long and Mortimer brings the ball down then a nice 1-2 with Read and Mortimer with the ball ending up with Read who knocks it over the keeper but narrowly missing the Moulton goal.
Just 1 minute later it's Moulton turn again working the ball down the left with the ball fizzed to Nat Ansu and the number 9 hits the post.
It was end to end now and again on 24 minutes Todd breaking down the left gets to the byline, cuts it back to the edge of the box for Read to run on to. Read thumps the ball on the edge of the 18 yard Moulton box through the defenders legs and into the back of the net.
Another chance for Halse on 33 minutes when Gilsenan picks up the ball in the centre of the pitch, sprays it long to Read on the left. Read then trys to knock into the far post but clips it just over the bar.
First and only booking comes on 36 minutes for Moulton number 4 Ben Jackson when Read knicks the ball away from Jackson who grabs Read shirt and pulls him back resulting in a yellow card.
Halse keep pushing as the first half is in its closing 4 minutes with again Todd and Read working down the left, then Read pinning the Moulton number 2 back, cutting inside before again trying to whip it to the back post but the Moulton keeper smothered the ball.
Last chance of the half fell to Moulton this time when Nat Ansu drives into the Halse box he cuts inside and fires his shot into Riley who's down low to pull off a great save and keep it all level at half time.

HT Moulton 1 - 1 Halse United

Second half is underway at 14.59 and Moulton have made some changes and have come out very strong at the start of the second half resulting in a few close calls for Halse.
Moulton come knocking again on 58 minutes down the left side when Savaltore gets beat, before driving into the box and being smothered by the Halse keeper Riley which is knocked out for a corner.
It's a double chance on 65 minutes for Moulton when Nat Ansu hits the woodwork, before retrieving the ball and sending it to the other side of the box, followed by Moulton number 6 striking the other post. Unbelievable it's still 1-1.
Moulton are piling on the pressure and on 70 minutes it's Nat Ansu again who knicks the ball off Halse centre back Brady, who's one on one with Riley before Nat Ansu lays it wide of the post.
Halse have a counter with Summers slipping through Read into the box. Read shot gets pounced on by the Moulton keeper who's out sharp.
With just 5 minutes to go plus stoppage it's another counter for Halse from a tight angle, Gilsenan's shot is saved from the Moulton keeper.
Halse then lose their left back after a one on one with Todd coming off the worst forcing the first substituion for Halse and Bewick replaces Todd on 85 minutes.
On 89 minutes again a chance for Halse on a counter with Summer's sliding Read through and as just when Read is about to pull the trigger, he's had the ball taken from his toe.
Were now into 4 minutes of stoppage time when Moulton get a corner on 93 and it falls to Nat Ansu in the middle of the 18 yard box which he calmly heads into the right of the Halse net.
